COMPLETING ESCROW

Closing, or settlement, is the final step in your home-buying journey, where documents are signed, closing costs are paid, and ownership officially transfers to you. Your Ourea Realty Associate will schedule a walkthrough in advance to ensure all agreed-upon repairs are completed and the home is in the expected condition. Since closing involves signing multiple documents, your associate will set up a time to review these documents with you. A final “signing date” will be set when you officially take over your new home. This is a major financial decision—don’t hesitate to ask questions.
